Very very poor work culture.. full of filthy politics... everything's needs to be on paper.. even taking printouts of every mail & making there photocopies for circulating among the team.. no digitalisation.. No job description so that they can make anybody work on anything.. very confusing & frustrating.. Management behaves like dictator.. they will always see one side of the coin & will never listen to you even if you are right..
