If you're looking for a place to test your patience and resilience, look no further-ISRN is the perfect rollercoaster ride! Picture a tiny, one-branch "organization in 10 years" with an exclusive 2-tier hierarchy: the CEO at the top and a handful of staff juggling entire departments. Growth opportunities? None. But if you enjoy micro-management and want to become an expert in dodging daily doses of humiliation, this is your paradise.

Head of Organization with no vision for social sector. Him aim is to politicize himself by using this organization setup and promote his carrier into politics. If you're seeking growth, respect and a positive environment, ISRN isn't the place. But if you enjoy a thrilling game of - survive the daily tirade, step right up. It's like joining a reality show where the CEO is the only contestant who never loses. Apply at your own risk-thick skin required !

The staff is young so the mindset is very creative of all the staff members. The staff I would say is very very talented but departmental communication discrepancy is irritating. The tasks are clear but the accountability is problematic. Overall it is a friendly environment but because of communication issues there are allot of problems when it comes to working. The work life balance is good, staff knows not to disturb a personnel if they are on leave, and are very friendly and encouraging.

The team is nice but the head of the organisation is a confused soul and he himself don't know what is being expected from his team, Plus the job security and benefits are zero in the organisation. I would suggest you not to join.
