The staff is young so the mindset is very creative of all the staff members. The staff I would say is very very talented but departmental communication discrepancy is irritating. The tasks are clear but the accountability is problematic. Overall it is a friendly environment but because of communication issues there are allot of problems when it comes to working. The work life balance is good, staff knows not to disturb a personnel if they are on leave, and are very friendly and encouraging.

The team is nice but the head of the organisation is a confused soul and he himself don't know what is being expected from his team, Plus the job security and benefits are zero in the organisation. I would suggest you not to join.
