One of the corrupt organisation in history of india. It looted common people and salary gives to the officers only who are posted junior there benefits go on vein.

Dislikes

...torious staff and made him dependent on railways job he have no way to leave it. Juniors are getting very low as officers got 5 to 20 fold salary of juniors but there work is very poor even cbs, CMI/CCI even write a letter to officers just copy it forward it the officers. Seniors only know how to exploit this junior employee by not giving proper rest leave holiday leave etc

1. No work life balance (Saturday is not offs & an employee is expected to be available 24 hrs on duty), 2. No growth opportunities especially if you join at a particular Post (SSE), 3.
