...ed to be working as Apprentice in South Central railway and career is excellent. salary and other policies are very good. They will give travel assurence by grade. Working environment is very healthy and hygienic.

Good to work in railways salary bhi acchi hoti hai bohat kuch sikhne ko milta hai administration k sath rehne ko milta hai bade bade officers k sath,staff k sath cordinate karke kaam karwana accha lagta hai cleaness drive karte aur pulse polio imunijation mai har ek health care mai bhaag lete overall bohat accha rehta tha.

Dislikes

Hume Permanent walo jaise treat nahi hota hai kaam ka burden hume de diya jata tha seniors kuch acche mil jate the aur kuch burre jo bilkul roughly behaviour hote the designation ek but fir bhi kami lagta tha aur koi bhi facilities nahi diya jata jaisa hospital treatment,house, allowances overall 50 /50😊

One of the corrupt organisation in history of india. It looted common people and salary gives to the officers only who are posted junior there benefits go on vein.

Dislikes

...torious staff and made him dependent on railways job he have no way to leave it. Juniors are getting very low as officers got 5 to 20 fold salary of juniors but there work is very poor even cbs, CMI/CCI even write a letter to officers just copy it forward it the officers. Seniors only know how to exploit this junior employee by not giving proper rest leave holiday leave etc

Railway never compromise with the safety of passengers. Never compromise with SOP ,quality of materials & maintenance of equipment. Jobs security is good.

Dislikes

...e joined Sr. Sec. Engineer through out whole service remains as Sr.Sec.Engineer. Salary structure is bad.

1. No work life balance (Saturday is not offs & an employee is expected to be available 24 hrs on duty), 2. No growth opportunities especially if you join at a particular Post (SSE), 3. Very poor work evaluation system leading to improper and mostly biased evaluation of employees promoting unworthy employees & resulting in low moral & enthusiasm in most Staff.
