Working in irctc as a hospitality supervisor is very good job profile and you will get good salary also .co-workers and maagement is very good but job security is not there you will be hired there as contract basis only if you done your contract you must leave the company.

There is no career growth for future..you hired as a contract basis that is only for 2 years ofter that you must leave the company

During lokdown they are not provied salary us and tarmineat also after lockdown i am job less and this time is very bed time in my life. Thank you irctc for doing jobless me.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts adopts the latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

...e is still scope for improvement in catering . Company policy are are very good. When we were posted in Malaysia, salary was good but bonus was not given to the officials who were posted in Malaysia, though we were giving profits from Malaysian projects.
