Great place to learn, test your skills and hone them. Opportunities to develop new skills.

...mission etc completely dependent on how lucky you get with your department head.
Salary and increment are definitely not sufficient for the work one puts in. Fee received from kids and relative teacher payment are miles apart.
Most of the time when someone tries to leave, they do nearly nothing to stop them. Justvan eyewash hr talk is done to retain staff. Poor people management. Always understaffed and existing staff almost always need to take up extra work with no extra payment. Only newbies who plan on jumping to better opportunities may prefer here.
...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
...ime to even use washroom. Continuous classes and substitutions in case of leave. There are no compensation and benefits given. It's all for name sake but we end up paying more than we receive. Work life balance is very difficult as there can be work anytime of the day.
...ent, support with material resources and personal respect are really very good. The salary for us in COVID-19 period is only reduced by 10% which is very reasonable. I am happy in all aspects to work in the current management. And the latest technology is most updated in which we emerge our knowledge.
Though we are given liberty, suggestions from our side regarding the development is not considered or expected. If some improvement is made in the environment, the management decide themselves and implement. If they ask suggestions and make changes, which may be more superior than present, if discussed with us before implementation. For example, the music room has been decorated by excellent paintings which made the atmosphere wonderful and made attractive two years back. But, there is no white board option provided to teach theory of music. And no student desks (only stools to sit and play keyboard and Guitar) to write theory of music.
