overall good with excellent company culture. Career growth opportunities are good. Work satisfaction good but due to lack of staff have to handle lots of things.

compensation is good but growth and salary structure is low work pressure is high and there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is pain some times

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow , the work pressure is very high . Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend Clint.

Job Security and Company policies both are good but work culture and Management both are poor.

Dislikes

No growth.... If you join as Sales Representative then you will retire as Sales Officer only. You won't reach top position in company.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
