compensation is good but growth and salary structure is low work pressure is high and there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is pain some times

Job Security and Company policies both are good but work culture and Management both are poor.

Dislikes

No growth.... If you join as Sales Representative then you will retire as Sales Officer only. You won't reach top position in company.
