Everything other than salaries are worst as per my experience. Work culture is terrible with bad office politics, behavior of boss is pathetic treating young joiner worst than the servants putting up a huge pressure all the time , insulting and scolding almost everyday in the office in front of stuff and workers giving threats of taking disciplinary actions even though I could hardly remember any day I got back from office working after 8 hours. Overall everyday they have created an atmosphere of terror in the office. I feel like exploited in the office politics everyday. I had to work 101to 12 hours from Monday to Saturday or in some week got called in Sunday also.HR are very deceptive all the time speaking in a tone that they will stand by you but at the end they will stab you from behind. Very bad experience.

Excellent Compensation& benefits, Job security & work life balance.
Dislikes
Training opportunity is not proper because some people who are not required in urgent & hard works are nominated many times for training . There is no proper evaluation system in promotion with respect to performance & people who just please to top management get advantage .
There is a recruitment center level in lower grade.so that is a more tough to get a job for nearby people.

...ard your skill and innovation. Best infra and training for your personal growth. Best compensation, work life balance, career growth and job security.
Less clear policies and Long hierarchy which delays decision. Political interference being public face of organisation.

Team mates,as you show,so shall you reap here,Best Training oppurtunity,Optimum career growth,Work Life balance is Bit unknown,Innovation pays,But Least BENEFITS to retired personnel.
Growth is slow although Compensation is high.Politics on transfer and other aspects is more than other Organisation ,i felt. Retirement benefits are Least among Organisations,You only feel rich till you work, not thereafter, since Top Politics with Govt. has played major role in diminishing the Retirement benefits ,whereas other PSUs pays minimum 40% of Last basic as Pension, IOCL does Not cater to this policy after it was announced as Navaratnas of India..
