Company is overall great and i like the way the process there work . Work load is neutral not very hardworking but they made my personality developed because i worked hard to gain more and more knowledge and i think I got it but there is always a lot to learn .

Just there salary they provide to trainee according to there work load.

Good work environment and culture.Team.ates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Being a part of IOCL its been pleasure and been proud of it... it's really jubilant moment to be a team part of it

On other side salary is a big issue...like its not affordable....not even basic mandatory cost it can be completed

...nvironment but sometimes work is for important than life this type of situation in this company and also salary is not equal to the work thats my point and there is no security or social distance towards covid 19

.... There is special care is taken for safety and there are rules to get followed.there good pay scale and other important benifit.

There is a recruitment center level in lower grade.so that is a more tough to get a job for nearby people.
