...be allotted everyone's responsibility. work distribution is unnecessarily poor. There is a huge variation in salary along the same position. Our seniors are under paid and are always frustrated comparing our salary. This company is never to stay just join for another hike. HR policies are worse than outsources manpower agencies.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.They have a limitation of appraising only 3-4 people at the time of performance appraisal that's why at the most of the time even deserving candidate doesn't get appraised which brings down the morale of an employee.

Work environment like startup. Expected leadership and management quality for every role. No action for non performance and frequent redistribution of tasks.

...definite roles and responsibilities for any task. No appreciation for good work. Need more output from limited manpower.
