Officer Level entry is Good. Pay and Allowances are the only motivation here. It purely depends on what trade your are working. SSC Officers are the best leaders who some how allow the Sailors growth. Other Than self ,Families fell safer, have a Better community for living when get quarters. military atmosphere is boon and bone childrens.

I don't suggest joining as Sailors. Still British era rules and treatment.

It gives a wonderful environment, learn about each and every situation,good salary,secure life with security

Difference between sailor and officers is makes life horrible,sailors can't do anything without their signature

Indian Navy is updated military ...force in India .. compared to army and air force ..

Less pay in below officer ranks compared to work . Other than that person are more talented than army and air force. Stressed working environment ..

This is a part of Indian armed force which comprise of Indian army , Indiana air force, and Indian Navy . together it's called Defence who protect our nation round the clock. This organisation teach us how to be in discipline and keep ur junior too and so on ...

...ch most of us does not have. Very good atmosphere of working with our teammates.it is a central government job so salary is as per govt scale.

Good work environment and culture.Teamates are supportive and the management is transperant.company policies are gud. canteen also very usefull for employees.

Dislikes

There is a lot of references and the management doesn't adress our issues.salary is low and career growth is also slow. On the job training is not given to the new joiners. Entering process of the company is worst.That work is not helpfull for me.
