...eration it is good to work for 2 to 3 yrs. to take work expereince because govt. accounting is the true accounts if anybody learnt it he/she may expert in his future life on this basis he may get good job very low salary & there is also only 5% hike every year, no bonus no holiday kam karo paisa lo no nps no medicalim there is a bus facility from office to railway station it is good, there is a politics in working,for learing it is good for younger generation, work environment may have good, work life is non balance i.e. imu permanent staff getting more salary imu contract & out sourcing getting very less salary

Management doesn't pay attention on life of lower strata group of organization. no increments are seen from many years. No career development just time passes people become aged now they have no option just to work here.

I liked working in Indian Maritime University. I had good team mates who supported me in all aspects. No job security, no carrier growth, work environment is good. Wherever I work. I devote myself to work.
