Resource Constraints, such as ordering Chemicals takes months to process, affecting timely completion of research projects. 5. Some scientists have unrealistic expectations, requiring project completion and paper writing within 1 to 2 weeks, often with limited resources. 6. In CSIR-IITR, you can get good exposure of toxicant study in different department. Basically, it is government organisation so it is good for permanent but for as researcher you have to look better option.
