Workplace politics and interpersonal conflicts creates a challenging work environment. 3. Lack of adequate recognition and appreciation for hard work and achievements. 4. Resource Constraints, such as ordering Chemicals takes months to process, affecting timely completion of research projects. 5. Some scientists have unrealistic expectations, requiring project completion and paper writing within 1 to 2 weeks, often with limited resources. 6. Unnecessary exaggeration of minor issues, creating a tense environment in labs. 7. Early reporting expectations than the official timing adding to the stress.

They provide high quality research experience in biology, chemistry and nanotechnolgy. The institute is basically ment to tackle daily life toxicity and provide cure for it. Scholars having national fellowship can proceed their PhD degree here.

In CSIR-IITR, you can get good exposure of toxicant study in different department. Basically, it is government organisation so it is good for permanent but for as researcher you have to look better option.
