Only like working hours but still the situation of contractual employee is even worst.

I seriously dont like ....the attitude of IIT Kanpur's professors, their cheap mind for opposite gender frnds, salary and PayScale is very poor, .....very bad situation. They are totally disgusting, judge people on their cast, religion, and financial status.

The best part is the availability of resources be it an instrument, equipment machinery etc. You are the master of your own. You have freedom to show your skills n creativity without any boundaries. Work life balance is great. Work environment and culture is at par. And alot of scope of learning and growth in terms of new work that can lead to publications, patent, discoveries and innovation.

...n the point of view child education. IIT's have a facility of KVS in the campus. Salary on time, the work environment is excellent, innovation depends on the employee interest, dedication, and sincerity.

I am working in an educational institute and rest of the thing like salary on time, work environment excellent, innovation depends on the Employee interest, dedication and sincerity. There is no social life according to my working hours report at 06:00hrs up to 10:30hrs and 16:30hrs. to 21:00hrs. institute run five days in a week but my duty six days in a week.
