Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I like to work belongs to teaching mathematics (upto 8th standard) & to guide the students in education field, to uplift the students & to increase their standard of living. I"ll try my best from the bottom of my heart, to teach the learners as much as possible & as soon as possible. By chance, any mistake done by me, I will try to improve myself & to remove my mistakes.

Dislikes

All the tasks which degrade the students are disliked by me. Except this, nothing special, being disliked by me.
