It's a beautiful campus and there is so much to learn here. The research work carried out here is really good. There is a great opportunity of career growth and development. There are a good number of brilliant scientists who produce excellent research items and some of the scientists are very humble to work with.

The staff (excluding a few) carries a typical government staff like attitude and try to suppress the juniors and subordinates. The gossip culture does exist here where people do not mind their business. A good scientific institute is one where research ideas flow rather than rumours and gossips. For the ones joining this institute, it's a suggestion to mind their own business and involve less with gossip mongers. Another disadvantage is that there is no provision of medical facility for contractual staff working under projects. Also, it's working is 6 days a week, that too being a central institute. So less number of holidays precisely.
