1. The irrasponsible behavior of the technical staff mainly the staff who are handling the instruments. 2. They are usualy or intensnaly not performed the analysis of the materials which we synthesized very carefully. In nutshell i can say that technical staff is not doing his job responsibly due to that our work not complete on time, that ultimatly affect the career.

Independency towards work. This place is good, but only if you join a lab with high-class facilities else you would be struggling to purchase instruments.

Job security depends on the duration of the project, very good work culture and management behavior is good, you have to learn a lot from the Institution laboratory.
