There is a lot to learn here, the director of the company specifically focuses on the growth of their employees I've been here from 5 years and I've seen significant growth in me. You'll get good promotions if you work honestly and ethically.

Dislikes

The weekoffs are on monday, this is the only drawback, being a young adult all my friends and family make plans on saturdays and Sundays.

Likes

Senior as well as Head of my department is best guide and listener. Institutional head is very supportive and is always prepared to work on innovative ideas, whether they are his own or his employees.

Dislikes

I did not dislike anything but if you are not competitive in nature then you might find work schedules above average.(I am competitive)
