nothing at all. work culture is so poor for researchers.there is only one work at that station that is labour work

IIIM CSIR is great nd Marvellous extreme organisation for Jammu and also for great organisation for the nation, But no job security there I m afraid there about job security.i m sorry to say that.kindly look into the matter nd do something for us because my past was MNC pharmaceutical companies nd I dropped becz of this extreme esteemed organisation but I m in trouble about job security I have experience more than 10 years but I m helpless here. When I join IIIM LTD.... the management was good... and senior or junior colleagues were co-operative... but after sometime all things are change and...

Internal worst politics and as per achievement of work, promotion was not up to the mark for field employees.
