Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

nothing at all. work culture is so poor for researchers.there is only one work at that station that is labour work

IIIM CSIR is great nd Marvellous extreme organisation for Jammu and also for great organisation for the nation, But no job security there I m afraid there about job security.i m sorry to say that.kindly look into the matter nd do something for us because my past was MNC pharmaceutical companies nd I dropped becz of this extreme esteemed organisation but I m in trouble about job security I have experience more than 10 years but I m helpless here.
