nothing at all. work culture is so poor for researchers.there is only one work at that station that is labour work

IIIM CSIR is great nd Marvellous extreme organisation for Jammu and also for great organisation for the nation, But no job security there I m afraid there about job security.i m sorry to say that.kindly look into the matter nd do something for us because my past was MNC pharmaceutical companies nd I dropped becz of this extreme esteemed organisation but I m in trouble about job security I have experience more than 10 years but I m helpless here. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
