Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Working culture is worst, I joined this firm reading good reviews about the CEO but I feel he is the main cause for bad working environment there. Every work is given to everyone no such domain specific work. And humiliation is next level that you yourself get demotivated. I request everyone to never join this firm and if anyone is planning please wait till higher authority is changed.
