Company is providing a very good course of aircraft maintenance. Experienced staff has a good team work to make learnt to new one. On job training like environment is felt. While working here i feel a job security in the company. Company realize the importance of my capability and legibility.

Dislikes

... is not good. There is a saturation level in the profession achieved very early. No salary or appraisal like policy exist here. To travel for the job time start is another herdle to face because it is very far from a good traffic convenience. Work load and full time consumption is stressed.
