One of the worst company to work for. The company is existing since 1960. It had more than 90% market share in India till 2000. After that due to office politics and bad culture right now having 3% market share. It's in loss once last 10 years. In 2020 the turn over was Rs 450 crs currently it's Rs 250 crs. several manufacturing units are closing every year, this year bulk manufacturing was closed down. Slowly the company turnover and valuation is going down. The global CEO's Indian so he's supporting the Indian business once he's out India business will wind up. Better not to join. There's no job security you will be kept till there's requirement once the job is over you will be shown the door. No promotion for 5-6 years. Manager will have 30 years exp. Mediclaim policy is worst, the upper limit is too less, for maternity delivery you will be paid Rs 35k only, parents cannot be included in Mediclaim policy.

This is very good organization for work culture , learning and their internal entire teams are also good and very co-operative. There is lots of opportunity to learn and growth.

Only local management response and decision is slow.

Good company for learning but huge work load no work life balance. Tough industry. Best part is global exposure and global interaaction multicutural company not like induan typical company not any regional nor religoius politics. Most of the local people working from years and years and not leave. Remote location but good weather and natural place.

Huge learning opprtunity, Global exposure and every day anyone can discuss with different nationals, dynamic team gavigh potential, only challenge is Work load is very high and high pressure job! But best in compare to other Explosives industry. If someone wants to make his/her carreer in Explosives and mininig industry then no any company is better than this company across globe!

Work life balance of Managers is slightly tough but best for operators and aupervisors and engineers!
