The company is running in loss for last 5-8 years, every year one or two units will be shut down, due to less or no production. it's a company where the production and turnover is slowly going down, no one is interested to work here anymore, in last 6 months several heads of departments have left.. safety, quality, projects, accounts, procurement, learning and development, etc, and those positions have not been filled for 6 months. the company is going down day by day, in Indian IEL is having the lowest market share of all explosive manufacturers. it's a shame to work here. no proper mediclaim policy, cannot add parrents in mediclaim even after paying extra....Read More
