Very worst company i have ever seen, no respect, no insentive,no appraisal.. worst working space.. lots of gossips, attitude person,no communication,no training, management is not supporting for freshers...the people who r thr past from 4 5 years r only getting support.. very worst employees i have come across in my life

They will never give the incentives. The founder hardly answers your calls and responds. They are filled with money but never give you the promised incentives.

No job training. No skill developed in major.

Don't join warning don't join blood sucking company... All the employees are family members of the Owner.. they are not so much educated to run a company.

You will get into depression... HR is like a security Guard.. owner don't have any vision... Senior manager is dumb and office culture is hell. People leave in just 3 months.. check history

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds ,and we work happily in collaboration

Nothing is there to dislike about ies
