Best part is being a travel domain company, it didn't sacked us when no flights were operating, Rather top notch companies fired thousands of employees. The higher lever management is top notch.with Ramesh sir. The work is absolutely good with alot subject to learn.

Dislikes

Lot of politics would happened around you regarding your salary deductions and leaves and weekoffs. I would not risk my time here.

Freshers have to join in that company because they will get to know how the job is going to be. Coming to hr, managers, team leaders, they are very polite and humble i have worked in many organisations but I never experienced such a friendly culture like Indian eagle i suggest everyone to join there.

Dislikes

I hate security deposits because even people who have talent can't able to afford to pay that if there is any alternate option it if going to be good
