No appraisal system. No increment even if you're here for years. Salary never on time. They keep deducting salaries for some or the other reason. No job security. No HR, no management, no employee benefits. One old man taking all the illogical decisions to run the organization.

H.O.D is super experienced, trains & treats each team member nicely.

A particular person holding a good position Holds personal grudges and becomes a hurdle during appraisal. Mentally harasses to that extent where the employee is left with only option of resigning. Values flattery over performance. Does personal and constant attacks on selected employees

The company has quite a few good people to guide you and are co operative. You can have a good work-life balance here.

Dislikes

Politics is the base business here. You can't grow unless you do not do YES MAN! There is hardly any growth and the salaries are extremely late i.e. after 15th of the month. No periodical increments.
