Employees are not disturbed beyond working hours.

Dislikes

There is absolute breakdown of systems and cultures. Senior Professionals are nor provided basic facilities to sit and work which is compounded by unceremonious transfers and role changes. Senior employees face major inconvenience during office tour due to lack of hotel room and top management makes no effort to resolve this. There is absolute lack of cooperation amongst employees and animosity amongst each other is encouraged coupled with unhealthy competition and back biting. The top management interferes in personal lives of employees and exercises a dictatorial regime and good work is never appreciated.

Less micro-management and no disturbance beyond working hours

Dislikes

Lack of leadership and vision, absolute breakdown of systems and processes, snooping on personal lives, spreading misinformation and lies leading to personal vilification, presence of mentally challenged and illogical and under-qualified people as Heads of Departments. The organisation is like a ship without a radar, a runner with speed but no velocity and bears resemblance to unguided missile.
