In my trade the career growth is limited, the salary before 6th Central Pay commission was not as such as of these days, we all did not feel any political sensation as of present days. Thats why I can porudly say.."Mera Bharat Mahan..!

Good work environment and culture, and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The disciplined and challenging way of life.... the camaraderie and the will to meet the challenges coupled with the die hard team spirit.....

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

During my service I feel that Company policies are very good. Salary, bonus as well as job security all are satisfied.

Before my joining in IGF, some monetary like as bonus, shift allowance and other benefits not given to security Dept. I take up case for theses monetary benefits and company accepts my these points.
