Good work environment and culture, and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

During my service I feel that Company policies are very good. Salary, bonus as well as job security all are satisfied.

Dislikes

Before my joining in IGF, some monetary like as bonus, shift allowance and other benefits not given to security Dept. I take up case for theses monetary benefits and company accepts my these points.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts lates technology..I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, High quality products and has a global clients base... another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultural background...I also like the employee re here policy here...

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is also...the work pressure is very high... sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late in to the night..
