Unorganized work pattern, can be treated as servant by seniors and colleagues, humiliation, disrespect from seniors and colleagues, no work life balance,hectic schedule, so many boundations, face low confidence ,

Only salary is appreciable which may be counted as less as job is 24x7

Dislikes

Behavior of most officer's including doctors is rude towards Jawan. All procedures/facilities are meant for officers and their family.

We had done work on many touch situation but never felt hardness in my 28yrs courier because of the facilities provided to us and also the friendly relations with all our team mate who always help others in touch situation and our seniors are also friendly nature who always support us to do new task and encourage us which has made my life full of Obedience, sincere and a joyfull undiscriminating life.

No dislikes just the problems based on salary.

Just give regards to ex personnel not the pay and perks. Please give them respect while considering them. They are very intellectual and hard working. Trust them.

Dislikes

Don't treat them as security guards. They were when in service.
