Behavior of most officer's including doctors is rude towards Jawan. All procedures/facilities are meant for officers and their family.

We had done work on many touch situation but never felt hardness in my 28yrs courier because of the facilities provided to us and also the friendly relations with all our team mate who always help others in touch situation and our seniors are also friendly nature who always support us to do new task and encourage us which has made my life full of Obedience, sincere and a joyfull undiscriminating life.

No dislikes just the problems based on salary.

Just give regards to ex personnel not the pay and perks. Please give them respect while considering them. They are very intellectual and hard working. Trust them.

Dislikes

Don't treat them as security guards. They were when in service.

Good environment to work good team spirit good leadership and management transparent canteen facilities supportive supervision good SOP and policies good discipline forces

Salary issue strictly behaviour politics leave problem solving rest and relaxation family life

...lities and gaming arcade for chilling and entertainment. Policies are very good. Appraisals are fair and they not give good salary hike.

Career growth is slow and salary is also not hike.
