There is no politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Indian army is the best organization in the world. It teaches us to sacrifice for mother's land. Loyalty, hard work, team work ,truthfulness etc are the heart beat of an Amy person. There is a great opportunity to travel all over in India. There is no rest until victory of a mission and impossible word is not available in army,s dictionary. It was a great opportunity for me to serve a nation.
