Just give regards to ex personnel not the pay and perks. Please give them respect while considering them. They are very intellectual and hard working. Trust them.

Dislikes

Don't treat them as security guards. They were when in service.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I liked almost everything about Indian army , it's food ,job security, salary , benifits etc. The feel of patriotism and love for India has increased due to Indian army.

Dislikes

I didn't think that any thing bad was in this , I enjoyed my work and didn't disliked anything .
