There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 15 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not giving any job skills to new joinees.

Behavior of most officer's including doctors is rude towards Jawan. All procedures/facilities are meant for officers and their family.

We had done work on many touch situation but never felt hardness in my 28yrs courier because of the facilities provided to us and also the friendly relations with all our team mate who always help others in touch situation and our seniors are also friendly nature who always support us to do new task and encourage us which has made my life full of Obedience, sincere and a joyfull undiscriminating life.

Just give regards to ex personnel not the pay and perks. Please give them respect while considering them. They are very intellectual and hard working. Trust them.

Don't treat them as security guards. They were when in service.
