I like about working at IAF to serve with people from different parts of country with different cultures.

There is huge difference between officer and men in regarding pay a allowance, in assured promotion, work culture, leave, ration etc needs to be look into.

...t our training centre . we are made to survive in any adverse conditions oflife. Job is Highly secured and full of enthusiasm with better carrier prospects & flourished with salary. I must apprise that life is full off challenges and dynamic. Work environments are sometimes very adverse but also conducive with better management. Some times it is difficult to have coordination between life & work. Thanking you. Regards !

This organisation keeps you physically fit and mentally agile. Job security is plus with good salary and benefits.

Chamchagiri encouraged by higher management, promotion is not linked with individual work performance and declining manpower leading to very bad work life balance.

...zation which takes care of your every needs right from work life to family life. Salary is good compared to work but you must be prepared to move places without any choice.

Dislikes

The disparity between Officers and Men is huge and still it works on the principles of pre- independence British culture where the Officers draw a line and don't allow the Men to grow in their work life. Ironically this disparity travels to your families also which is very disturbing sometimes. Credit is always taken by Officers for any good work as if only they run the show.
