I like about working at IAF to serve with people from different parts of country with different cultures.

Dislikes

There is huge difference between officer and men in regarding pay a allowance, in assured promotion, work culture, leave, ration etc needs to be look into.

Good working environment. Juniors are cooperative. All procedures are laid down and present salary was good.

On Job training is there and very good working environment. Every body can learn from seniors. Classes are there to clear doubts. Involvements make experienced people on particular trade and systems.

...anagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming acade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...his regular training is being carried out. I am multi skilled person due to IAF. Salary n allowances are very good.Best part is there is no politics place there. Lot of learning, training n innovation carreer is in IAF. Work environment is very much co-operative, healthy n respectful.

Near about 100--150teammates/subordinates work cheerfully,better training &skills,hundred percent job secure,timely promotions,good salary packages and fully satisfaction with organisation.
