Dislikes

Promotion aspect is not so good.Even after serving 20 years,you remain at the lower level of system with limited and fixed gross pay.

...ecision are perfect and clear. The policies regarding annual appisals is fair . Salary is good and there are many other privileges like free ration, transportation, accomodation, LTC and Children Education allowance, annual bonus etc.

Dislikes

The trasfer from one place to other as per the requirements.

...ge savings at the end of career. Travel is the other name of serving in the IAF. Free accommodation and food is a great bonus.

Dislikes

Improper planning and management of Manpower and resources. Move at short notices without arranging travel reservations.

...ad one goal only I.e. working hard and stay fit to face every challenge in need.as per me if u have job satisfaction thn salary will not make much difference.It is totaly politicsfree , religion free and caste free organization.a person having positive attitude,passion to serve the people of country and a disciplined lifestyle definitely will enjoy working there with each and every facilities he want.

We. Never see the negative side.yes shortcomings are alawys being addressed.development and modernization is the party of life .IAF is also working on tht .
