Covid-19 purpose 60% staff not working physical in Branch label. That time I Will make all work.supporting purpose no person.All farm proper not visit our LS.Some of farm suspected theft.That purpose I am decided leaving the job.

Company gained revenue growth but people skills & education level not too much high..most of the high level employee even director level don't have corporate exposure..poor work culture

Director level don't abide by corporate ethics...less educated people drive organisation employee who joined from well reputed organization get demoralized
