As HPL was my second company of my career so it was just starting phass of career. HPL gives me chance to learn new things, to take independently decision and lot of responsibility.

Dislikes

Compensation is not very good and growth is very slow. Total work load on junior employees.

Training and job security, career growth also good and possible to shine in future. Safety, travel facilities, food, and other cultures and benefits are very good.

Dislikes

Salary and increment wise very worst than other companies. For example: 5 yrs. Once they will increase Ur salary

Overall Good Company.. But Unskilled People Working As IAL Employee.Very Skilled and Knowledge People working as Contract Labour. partiality for food, no gifts for Contract Labour. I give my professional skills in IAL Last 6 years but they don't offer me IAL Employee. I will be back soon🔥

Lot of nonsense peaple is there. 100%Partiality.IAL employees 240Members Ruling like God. Employee god and goddess working 5days in a week. Contract Employees working 6Days in a week.

Employes, reason:not using PPE and no value are labours, food different from labours and employees, example employees food time 1st 8:00 but labours food time 9:00 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Good company, good productions, good safety, good process safety, good house keeping, my good friends all there., No opertunity to skilled category contract workers. Lot of partiality there please come out that. Any way god will protect and god bless ial all peoples amen.
