Most terrible law firm to work at. Issue more or less was the partner I was working with and the team. If one is going to learn, one should not go to this firm, nothing to like.

Everything is a dislike about this place. Salary was almost nothing when compared to work, the team was terrible and partner got the same clients to work with which led to no learning experience.

A lot of Office Politics in CSM team. There is Sr. CSM who never want any new comer to survive in the team. New employees are harasses by this so called Sr. CSM who is durga There is diplomacy that these tenure employees have fear of their job insecurity if a new talented employee joins the CSM team Hence new employees are asked to resign forcibly or illegally terminated. hence they fall victims of Office Politics.

Client interaction and Team co-ordination is good.

No Job Security for New joiners. Office politics spoil the work culture. Bias judgement by the Senior Manager. Illegal job termination is an offence. There should be zero Tolerance to injustice.

Frankly speaking there is nothing good to speak about. Everyone who left the organisation had a terrible and horrified experience

Dislikes

The management is awful. They give respect to the clerks and peons than senior associate/advocates. They don't trust their associates/advocates rather they trust their low grade people. There is no career growth in this organisation. Lots of politics.
