Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

This is my career start channel.. Personally I had lot of learning from the first.. Job security on initial stages of career is less.. Company policies are frequently changed as per the hod change.

Only one thing I dislike is Human resources. I had a terrible experience after resigning my job.. My last payment was holded for more than 60 days without any reason. I can't able to contact management and hr via calls, mails or message.. In person response was also ignored. Still I don't find any appropriate reason for such acts.. Due to this reason I don't turn back to Indiaglitz
