...and worst company doesn't even care for there employees just pressure them with there work and give them salary like shit and not even give promotion for hardwork especially there is manager eliane dicosta named she is worst she does not even know how to manage the work i dont know how she became manager she only puts pressure on her team and she gives promotion to her friends and close one

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Don't join here at the post of Insurance Advisor. No fixed salary. You will get commission when you sales insurance policy. Your fixed salary will be started when you sale rupees 1.5 lakhs of policy. As a fresher you will struggle to get customers to sale policy as company will not provide leads. So you will not have any other options except convincing your family and relatives.

Reaching 100% target can never satisfy them while salary are not justifyable according to the work load. And management always scolding the employee while In my 8 months 6 of them resign due to over load work pressure and frequent scolding using inappropriate verbal

This company is open to innovation and readly adopts latest technology, I have got lots of certificates and quite good experience and enjoyed moments of outing with coworkers .
