In this organisation when the person is perfoming and achiving their targets they do not provide carrier growth or increment at that time and they follow thir old policy the person has to be onroll than only he will get incriment or he has to be atleast 2yrs in the organisation for promotion

Don't join here at the post of Insurance Advisor. No fixed salary. You will get commission when you sales insurance policy. Your fixed salary will be started when you sale rupees 1.5 lakhs of policy. As a fresher you will struggle to get customers to sale policy as company will not provide leads. So you will not have any other options except convincing your family and relatives.

Reaching 100% target can never satisfy them while salary are not justifyable according to the work load. And management always scolding the employee while In my 8 months 6 of them resign due to over load work pressure and frequent scolding using inappropriate verbal
