In this organisation when the person is perfoming and achiving their targets they do not provide carrier growth or increment at that time and they follow thir old policy the person has to be onroll than only he will get incriment or he has to be atleast 2yrs in the organisation for promotion

Company is good ,but hr is not helpful and Abh Mr.jegan jeevanadham is working on South tamilnadu hr is very cheap behaviour ,he suck your salary and buy medqls and gift for the branch manager ,he not even listen your words at any situation pls don't join , company is good but ABH are very bad

Don't joined, joined if BOB channel partner. No support for your channel partner do your own. No job security. It's much better than joined big company like hdfclife , icicipru, maxlife atlist job security are there.
