There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The salary option can be considered on the basis of merit and qualification and not just experiences. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience to work with the company. The teammates were really helpful and so were the high ranking officials.

The Company is inspiring and has valuable goodwill in the market. The most important thing that I like about this company is a familiar environment and always supportive in each condition as well .moreover my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and I acquired excellent experience . last but not least I appreciate that I am an employee of indican and still working with the organisation. During the lockdown, the company keeps update about employee health which is really impressive.

The work pressure is high and growth is very slow. Job is safe only when completion of the project and salary growth is quite slow which is not appreciable. on the time of appraisals, we are not satisfied due to not full fill expectation which is pain sometimes.

There are good opportunities to advance your a career. Management is very supportive of your ideas and suggestions. Telecommuting is permitted, flexible schedule.
